The Park Theater, Glens Falls first movie theater, opened in 1911 as a home for vaudeville and silent movies. The king of the silent movie era was undoubtedly Charlie Chaplin. Join us for three of Chaplin’s most beloved silent shorts presented as you would have seen them in the Parks formative years.
Pianist Ben Model will provide Live musical accompaniment on the Park Theater’s grand piano. Featured shorts will be THE RINK, THE CURE and THE ADVENTURER.
