The Park Theater is a premier theater, concert, and event destination just a short drive away from Albany, Saratoga Springs, and Lake George.

Conveniently located on Park Street, The Park Theater is easily accessible from I-87 via Exit 18.

The Doc’s Restaurant team has moved across the street to Park & Elm – a multi-concept eatery featuring a gourmet food market, delicatessen and fine dining restaurant. Book your reservation at the dining room and enjoy dinner before the show, or swing by the market to pick up a selection of pre-prepared to-go dining options including individual entrees and family-style meals to-go.

Park & Elm is located at 19 Park Street. The market and delicatessen are open from Tuesday – Saturday (7am – 9pm). The deli counter closes at 4pm. The dining room is open from Wednesday – Saturday (5pm – close). Book your reservation or by phoning 518-480-3220.

There is plenty of free parking on the streets near the theater as well as several free public lots in the downtown area. Some lots and streets do have time limits. Please check posted signs. After 6 PM there are no time limits for parking in downtown. The Park Theater does not own or operate any of the parking lots near or around the venue.

For our patrons with electric cars – we’ve got you covered! ChargePoint has installed three stations in the parking garage located just next door to The Park Theater at 50-54 Park Street.
